Reservations and Payments
To book your diving experience, you must make a prepayment. We accept payments by bank transfer, cash, and cards.
Cancellations by the client in diving
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 19.496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights, it is expressly stated that the tourist services and activities offered do not allow the right of withdrawal (Link to information in SERNAC).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, and as a matter of company policy, the following cancellation conditions are established:
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the start of the service will entitle you to a refund of 90% of the total value of the activity, with the remaining 10% going to cover administrative expenses, operational management and associated reservations.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the start of the diving experience, whether for first-time diving activities or diving for certified individuals, due to operational planning and resources committed.
Trips, courses, and special programs do not have the right of withdrawal under any circumstances, and in turn, if they present specific cancellation conditions, these will be informed in advance and in detail at the time of contracting.
These conditions are clearly, prominently and accessibly communicated prior to contracting and payment, in compliance with current regulations.
Cancellations by Caneodivers
In case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen situations that may affect the safety of the participants, Caneodivers may cancel or reschedule the activity, always prioritizing safety and the proper development of the service.
In these cases, the client may choose to:
Reschedule the activity for a new available date, or
Request a refund of the amount corresponding to the activity not carried out..
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal and partially rendered services
Furthermore, in accordance with current regulations and the principles governing the provision of services, no refund of the value of the course or training program will be issued when the e-learning content has been delivered, in whole or in part, since said material constitutes a digital service already provided.
Therefore:
Access to e-learning, digital materials, theoretical content, or study platforms, once enabled, is considered a service rendered, and its value is non-refundable, even if the practical activity must be rescheduled or cancelled.
Any refund, where applicable, will be limited exclusively to the portion of the service that has not been provided, excluding the value of the course, training, or digital material already delivered.
These conditions are communicated in a prior, clear and accessible manner before contracting and payment, in compliance with Law No. 19.496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights.
Customer dropout from courses
In case of abandonment of the course for more than 3 months, the complete program must be started and 50% of the value must be paid to access the new class package.
Health and Safety Requirements
All participants are responsible for completing a health declaration form before the activity. Any relevant medical conditions must be reported to the Caneodivers team.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to any person who, in our judgment, poses a risk to their own safety or the safety of others.
Responsibility
Caneodivers is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the activity. Inquire about our insurance and additional services for expeditions and courses.
Participants assume responsibility for following the instructor’s instructions and respecting safety rules.
Diving equipment
We provide standard diving equipment; however, divers are welcome to bring their own equipment if they wish.
Participants are responsible for taking care of and returning the equipment in the same condition in which it was provided.
In case of loss or damage to the equipment used, the customer will be charged once the activity is completed.
